Black Tie Beats tries to go beyond the idea that a DJ is there to spin music and keep people dancing. Every wedding reception is different, and we like to do what we can to help make your wedding reception even more memorable and special.

We are always available to help with any questions you may have in your planning process. From our sit-down planning meetings, working with you on your custom recordings for your formal dances, to our music idea lists, and finally our final discussion the week of your wedding, we want the evening to be about what you and your fiancé, want.

We look at a wedding as YOUR day. It is our job to help spotlight you and your significant other, not ourselves or our company. We also will also co-ordinate our services and planning information with your other vendors to ensure the smoothest events and transitions that we can throughout the evening.

  1. Officiant
    1. Looking for something outside of a church, we have just the right options for you! Our officiants are non-denominational ministers, which means we are not bound.
  2. Ceremony Sound Reinforcement
    1. We not only have the ability to provide music for that special moment when you are walking down the aisle but can provide microphones to make sure that your ceremony is heard by all. Our ceremony systems provide two wireless lavalier, clips to shirt or jacket, microphones for the ceremony itself. We also have two wireless handheld microphones available as well.
  3. DJ/Master of Ceremonies
    1. Our DJ’s know a wide range of music to keep the dance floor hopping all night long! As part of our planning process we will talk about the type of music you and your guests will dance to, age range, etc. This is what will help us in determining the right music for your event. Our DJ’s are also trained in keeping the night moving as a Master of Ceremonies. This means they will assist in making announcements and directing guests to the next event happening that evening.

Music BINGO

BINGO with a twist! Music BINGO creates a fun filled atmosphere for people of all ages. Instead of B2 or I29, we play 30 seconds of a song, recognize the song, find it on your BINGO card, and mark it off. First person with five in a row, WINS! You are welcome to utilize mobile apps to figure out the name of the song, actually we encourage you to! While we host this regularly throughout the week we can even customize a game for your corporate party, family function, or private party.
